craig kellyRight so I’m sitting in Gatwick airport, waiting invariably. I’m not alone though; everywhere there are edgy and anxious travellers that just want to get home. This anxiety leads us to share our sorrow (misery loves a friend, right?) and I’ve been venting with the chap next to me for around an hour now. I was in the mood for a chat and it turns out that he was too.

The European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards 2014 shortlist has been announced, with RESPONSE, one of the UK’s leading contact centres short-listed in the category of Improvement Strategy of the Year.

RESPONSE, one of the UK’s leading contact centres located in Glasgow, has handed over a cheque for £15,000 to Cancer Research UK as a result of fundraising efforts over the last year.
