In 2009, we implemented a wholesale overhaul of our organisation structure that involved the establishment of a newly-energised leadership team drawn from a variety of sectors. Led by Brian Bannatyne, RESPONSE’s Managing Director, the new team brings a fresh way of thinking to the creation and delivery of innovative customer experience solutions for our clients. Our clear strategic direction focuses on delivering value for our clients through innovation.

RESPONSE also uniquely incorporates a software solutions business, Inisoft. Inisoft products provide differentiated capabilities to contact centre clients, as well as a wide range of organisations in around 20 countries throughout Europe, Middle East and North America. All RESPONSE software solutions are focussed on supporting outstanding customer service.

Established in 1991, RESPONSE is this year proud to be celebrating a successful 20 year history in inbound and outbound contact centre services. Today, we are one of Scotland’s largest customer contact centre and software service providers, with over 1,800 employees across three locations. We manage almost 2 million customer interactions each month on behalf of our clients.
