Delphi, .NET programming, Prince 2 project management and foundation ITIL which is a framework for IT service delivery. I completed a Business Map course that allowed me to touch upon all aspects of company management.
I started as a Software Development specialist and progressed to Product Manager for TecTrack, then Product Development Manager for all Economic Development Products and finally Product Development Manager for all Inisoft products. The opportunities became available either through the internal vacancy process or as a result of business growth and restructure.
As Product Development Manager I enjoy having the opportunity to design new software systems for both external customers and RESPONSE. I enjoy implementing these designs and ensuring that the end product delivers real value to the business.
I’ve had the opportunity to develop my career in areas that interested me and have had an influence on the direction of the software development strategy.
The design and implementation of CAMS (Captavia Application Management System) at Dundee college. This system provides a portal for on line college applications. CAMS was delivered within a tight timescale and the customer saw an immediate return on their investment.
