RESPONSE Directors
Brian Bannatyne - Managing Director
Brian joined in October 2008 and is responsible for the RESPONSE Group. Brian brings a wealth of management and operating experience from both domestic and global organisations.
Justene Donnelly - Operations Director
Justene Donnelly joined RESPONSE in June 2009 as Director of Operations.
Justene brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked for over 12 years in a number of contact centres in Scotland including TSC, ClientLogic UK and, most recently, at beCogent where she was responsible for four blue chip clients and 1400 personnel.
Kevin Clark - Business Development Director
Kevin joined RESPONSE in May 2008 from Inisoft Ltd, which now forms our in-house software solutions business, and became Business Development Director in January 2010. He is responsible for spearheading the company's sales and marketing through the output of innovative solutions, blending the best of operational and technical capabilities,
Julie McIntosh - HR Director
Having worked in HR for over 18 years, Julie brings a wealth of experience to this role at RESPONSE. Julie has considerable experience in the leadership of an HR function; development and implementation of strategy; organisational design and development. Julie joins us from Raytheon Systems Ltd.
Douglas McLoughlan - Technology Director
Douglas joined in May 2008 from Inisoft Ltd and became Technology Director in January 2010. He is now responsible for the resourcing and planning of all technology within RESPONSE in order to deliver a top quality service to the customer.
Keith Geddes - Finance Director
Keith joined RESPONSE in 1998 and became Finance Director in 2004. Keith has extensive experience in financial management, reporting and the development of financial systems and controls. His responsibilities include all accounting functions within RESPONSE, as well as financial management and reconciliation of client accounts.
Keith is a qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Alan Dickie - Business Transformation Director
Alan joined RESPONSE in August 2009 and heads up a cross functional team responsible for project and transitional management within the company. Alan brings a strong knowledge of technology to the team and is well placed to deal with the ever changing and emerging new systems within the contact centre arena.
