David Wallace - Chief Executive Officer

David joined the company in March 2006 following a strategic review of the Murray International Group. He was formerly a Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer within Abbey National.

David is a qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He is also a Governor of the Court at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Brendan Twohig - Sales Director

Brendan joined RESPONSE in 2006 and is responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with clients. 

Brendan is passionate about customers, customer satisfaction and delivering the right business solutions. His wealth of experience and knowledge of solution selling ensures that RESPONSE continues to grow in line with our strategic plans.

Chris McIlduff - Operations Director

Chris McIlduff joined the company in 1996 and in March 2007 he was appointed Operations Director.

Chris is responsible for delivering perfomance levels and commercial targets for client accounts. Chris works very closely with our operations management team and has been instrumental in enhancing our value proposition to existing and new clients.

Rosaleen Gillespie - Human Resources Director

Rosaleen joined RESPONSE as HR Director in 2006 and is responsible for all employee recruitment, development, communication activities and payroll, and is tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.

Keith Geddes - Finance Director

Keith joined RESPONSE in 1998 and became Finance Director in 2004. Keith has extensive experience in financial management, reporting and the development of financial systems and controls. His responsibilities include all accounting functions within RESPONSE, as well as financial management and reconciliation of client accounts.

Keith is a qualified accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Graeme Brown - Director of RESPONSE Credit Management

Graeme joined RESPONSE as Director of Credit Management in 2006 and is responsible for our new debt management subsidiary, RESPONSE Credit Management Ltd. 

Graeme has a wealth of experience in driving growth within the credit management sector.
