Airdrie Savings Bank (ASB) wanted to develop its business and make its products and services more accessible to customers through an internet-based banking solution. Via an external senior level recommendation we were able to offer the perfect banking solution through the application of our Tranexus technology.

The challenge

  • After reviewing a number of traditional proposals, ASB was initially concerned about the level of investment required to implement a robust internet banking solution
  • A technology solution was required that offered both performance and security

Our solution

To provide Tranexus, our internet banking solution which offered ASB:

Results included

  • ASB’s internet banking service went live in January 2010 on their 175th Anniversary, well ahead of the industry norm for delivery of such systems
  • ASB is able to offer their customers a 24/7 banking service
  • Internet Banking site is provided on a hosted model with limited impact on ASB’s existing IT infrastructure
  • Site maintenance can be handled by the bank itself
