Brian Bannatyne - Managing Director Brian joined RESPONSE in October 2008 and was appointed Managing Director in 2009. He is responsible for the RESPONSE Group and brings to the role a wealth of management and operating experience from both domestic and global organisations including Honeywell Corporation, and Semple Cochrane Plc. Brian is a visionary leader who has implemented a wholesale overhaul of the company’s organisational structure, establishing a newly-energised leadership team drawn from a variety of sectors to bring a fresh way of thinking. |

Julie McIntosh - Director of People & Culture Julie joined RESPONSE in August 2009 and has implemented a pioneering human resources strategy which is transforming the conditions of staff working for RESPONSE. Julie is driving forward change by better understanding the needs of staff and engaging with them to cultivate leadership skills and maximise their career potential. Having worked in HR for over 18 years, Julie has considerable experience in the leadership of an HR function; development and implementation of strategy; organisational design and development. |

Grazyna Swiercz - Director of Operational Excellence Grazyna joined RESPONSE early 2011. Grazyna draws on almost 11 years’ expertise in outsourcing across the Telco, Finance and IT sectors. She was previously Director of Accounts Operations at ClientLogic (Sitel), the contact centre outsourcer, and Senior Outsourcing Manager with T-Mobile located in both the USA and UK. Assuming the role of Director of Operational Excellence, Grazyna is responsible for our Operations, Quality, Resource Planning Outbound Solutions and Real Time Management. |

Arceeb Moughal - Director of Client Partnerships Arceeb joined RESPONSE in December 2007 and has worked in a variety of commercial and client facing roles before being appointed as the Director of Client Partnerships in March 2013. Arceeb has over 13 years’ experience in the outsourcing industry working with both private and public sector clients. Arceeb is responsible for our Relationship Management function and acts as the voice of the client on the Leadership Team. |

John Goodram - Director of Technology John joined RESPONSE in February 2005 and draws on over 15 years’ experience of designing, managing and implementing technology and software solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands, across a number of different sectors. As Director of Technology for the RESPONSE group, John has overall responsibility for the delivery of effective technical solutions to the contact centre as well as managing and growing the global software division, Inisoft. |
