The AA is the UK's largest motoring organisation, with over 15million members. In 2004, the AA required a commercial partner who could provide the complete service offering for its European Breakdown Cover (EBC) insurance product.

RESPONSE currently provides inbound and outbound call handling, as well as complete back office fulfilment for the AA's EBC customers.
