The Student Loans Company (SLC) is publicly funded and wholly owned by the UK Government. Their principal business is to administer the payment of student loans and to recover these loans on behalf of the owners of the loan portfolio - the UK Government and the private sector owners.
On behalf of SLC, RESPONSE provides overflow telephone call handling and associated facilities including inbound customer services and outbound services to support various initiatives.
