To ensure that we attract and retain the best agents, RESPONSE offers permanent contracts to all employees and has a dedicated in-house recruitment team responsible for all aspects of the agent recruitment and selection process. A tailored recruitment programme is developed for each of our clients to identify those candidates with characteristics that most closely match their requirements and brand values.

Using a strategic combination of recruitment media –  including internal notices, employment agencies, on-line recruitment sites and, where appropriate, newspaper advertisements – the team will put together a recruitment campaign to attract the very best candidates that meet your profile.

Initial screening of candidates is made by telephone to ascertain their suitability through evaluation of such criteria as tone of voice, enthusiasm and energy.  Successful candidates from this first stage are invited to attend an assessment day where they take part in group activities and individual presentations. These are evaluated by an assessor who appraises their ability to extract information, their interpersonal skills, their confidence and their articulation capabilities. Candidates also complete a number of numerical, logical and spelling assessments, and those who successfully complete the assessment process move to the final selection stage of competency-based interview. 

Reference, eligibility and any required security checks are made before employment commences.
