RESPONSE has spent many years developing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans that clients can rely on and trust. Our plans are based on a proven methodology, employing an extensive set of in-house measures that are supplemented with full external back-up provided by one of the largest technology service companies in the world - SunGard.

Contingency plans are in place across all four RESPONSE contact centre sites. Two of these locations are fully functional technology centres with all key solutions located in each centre. Each of these centres acts as a principle back-up for the other, and the geographical dispersal of the two data centres provides for excellent disaster recovery protection of data and applications.
