Quality Coordinator / Full time |
Over 5 years.
I have attended numerous training courses during my career with RESPONSE. I have attended leadership courses along with effective communication and team building workshops.
I have been an advisor for both Sky Customer Services and US Embassy, a Team Manager for SKY CS, and now I’m a Quality Co-ordinator for Sky Sales.
In my current role I am working in conjunction with the operations managers to roll out effective coaching and profiling skills. I analyse data received from the client with a view to developing new training/coaching techniques and targeting specific areas for development.
My job at RESPONSE has allowed me to make great friends and realise my passion for coaching and development. The people I work with are some of the best and most interesting people I have ever met and the fact I get to work with them on a daily basis creates a really great work atmosphere.
I love that RESPONSE has allowed me to progress through my career to my current role, giving me the training and experience to realise my role in the company.
I'm a part time bar man and an events co-ordinator for an international social events group. I also perform in amateur musicals.
I attended a dance school for 2 years to learn how to dance for amateur dramatics.
What's done is done. Don't linger over past mistakes - learn from them and move on.
