I am currently undertaking management activities and tasks in order to develop myself to becoming a manager within the business.
I initially started as a New Business Advisor for one of our financial services clients. I now undertake administrative tasks and deal with all mid-term adjustments on all policies we hold.
We deal with professional individuals who are looking to insure either themselves or their businesses against potential claims. We deal with a variety of industries and have a wide range of policies, some of which require alternate systems and procedures.
Working on an insurance campaign means I never work a weekend, or work past 7pm.
I recently raised money for Yorkhill Children’s hospital. Myself and several others completed a sponsored firewalk. I wasn’t too comfortable with the training which consisted of an empowering speech. This made me cringe slightly especially when undertaking the 'Peter Pan' pose, however as this was for a good cause I put aside the embarrassment and completed the walk with feet still intact.
I enjoy watching football and having the odd pint at weekends, however I spend the majority of my free time in the gym.
