This is my first ever job. I have learned everything here, from scratch. All the confidence I have today and my excellent customer service skills are because of RESPONSE.
I am working as a Personal Banking Advisor. The best thing about this role is that it’s a totally customer service based role and I just love helping customers. I enjoy it when the customer leaves satisfied and awards me with a 100% customer service satisfaction score.
