How long have you worked at RESPONSE?

6 years.

How has your career developed since you first started?

My first role in 2004 was as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator. In 2005 I became an Agency Liaison Manager and in 2007 a Recruitment Manager.

Tell us about your current role and what you enjoy about it?

I like the variety of my role and the people I'm surrounded by.

What do you like best about RESPONSE as an employer?

The exposure I have to all departments.

What's been the most enjoyable social event you've been to at RESPONSE?

Every Christmas night out!

What's been your proudest/most rewarding moment at RESPONSE?

My article for Women in Business published in Herald and Evening Times.

What do you do when you're not working?

Interior design, spending time with people I care about, running.... and trying to teach my kitten NOT to bring me presents ie a mouse once a week!

What is your top life tip?

Hot water and lemon every morning to ensure a zest for life and a spring in your step.
