Recruitment Coordinator/Full-time |
Almost 5 years.
I started off as a Sales Advisor and, as I progressed, I was asked to do sales coaching, which I did for a year. During this time I also deputised as Team Manager. I moved into the Recruitment team in September 2008 as a Resourcer and recently got promoted to Recruitment Coordinator.
I coordinate the day to day recruitment activities, running assessment centres for advisor and team manager roles, conducting 1:1 interviews and role plays. I have a great team and we all support each other and I love the fast paced environment. I really enjoy that feeling of achievement when you see the people you recruited around the business and you know that you have given them a good first impression.
Definitely the move into the Recruitment team.
I spend time with friends and family, go to the gym and just chill out.
Work as a team, be positive and if you put the effort in you will see the right results.
No regrets!
