How long have you worked at RESPONSE?

5 years.

What training and development have you done at RESPONSE?

With training and support I have learned everything there is to know about my project, Sky Television. It has developed and evolved over the years from just TV to broadband line rental and calls, and equipment changes with HD and 3D. I’m still learning the skills needed for the changes as they happen.

How has your career developed since you first started?

I have done so many different things from standing in for managers during the changes to floor support, helping train new agents, and quality call monitoring. I have lots of experience and confidence in my own ability.

Tell us about your current role and what you enjoy about it?

I am working in Sky Sales in the “winback” department. I feel I have a lot of experience to share as interacting with people gives me huge pleasure, keeps my job interesting and challenging, and you never know what will happen next. You always face new goals and I love the people I work with. I have made so many friends over the years. When I leave for work I never know what the day ahead will bring but I always enjoy it.

What do you like best about RESPONSE as an employer?

RESPONSE never stands still and is always working to make it the best place to work.

What's been the most enjoyable social event you've been to at RESPONSE and why?

I loved 'Reach for the Stars' talent contest and all the family fun days.

What's been your proudest/most rewarding moment at RESPONSE?

My proudest moments were being chosen as one of Our Voice and one of the faces of RESPONSE.

What is your top work tip?

Go to work with a smile and enjoy your day - it always works for me.
