Customer service skills, complaints handling, bill calculation, product knowledge, banking sector training

How has your career developed since you first started?

This is my first ever job. I have learned everything here, from scratch. All the confidence I have today and my excellent customer service skills are because of RESPONSE.

Tell us about your current role and what you enjoy about it?

I am working as a Personal Banking Advisor. The best thing about this role is that it’s a totally customer service based role and I just love helping customers. I enjoy it when the customer leaves satisfied and awards me with a 100% customer service satisfaction score.

What do you like best about RESPONSE as an employer?

The environment and the bond that people share. It feels like we are a big family, not just employees.

What's been your proudest/most rewarding moment at RESPONSE?

In my current role I won a prize for delivering Excellent Customer Service. And now, being selected as a face of RESPONSE is something big for me.

What do you do when you're not working?

I love watching films and shopping.
