RESPONSE staff raise a massive £1500 toward Children in Need.
Big hearted staff at Glasgow call centre RESPONSE have raised over £1,500 for Children in Need by taking part in a variety of fun activities to support the charity.
Staff got into the giving spirit and took part in various events including a pyjama party, team leaders were sponsored to take calls, as well as a few male members of staff volunteering to get their legs waxed, all for a good cause.
Amongst all the fun, there was also face painting, bake sales and a chocolate fountain and even managing director Brian Bannatyne and other directors joined in the fun, by raffling off their car parking spaces for a day.
Speaking after the event, Brian said:
“Children in Need is such a wonderful charity and we are pleased to support it. To raise £1,500 in one day is absolutely fantastic, especially in the current climate.
“All the staff had such a great time taking part in the activities which took place and I’d like to thank them all for giving so generously and to the team leaders for being such good sports.”
