RESPONSE has appointed Jane Hext, the former Customer Services Director at Vodafone, to help it shape a new vision and strategy to ensure it continues to deliver outstanding service to its clients.
Jane, who has been appointed Non-Executive Director, joins a new management team focused on driving the company’s success through innovation and by building rewarding relationships with employees, clients and clients’ customers.
Jane brings to the RESPONSE Board a wealth of experience honed over 25 years in the fiercely-competitive telecoms and retails sectors.
While at Vodafone, Jane delivered customer experience excellence through her motivational leadership of 6,000 staff at multiple locations, both insourced and outsourced.Under her leadership, the telecoms giant implemented a transformation programme to eradicate poor customer experience and introduced daily continuous improvement forums to drive up standards of service.
Jane’s proven track record overseeing business transformations, her knowledge of outsourcing and her ability to create a culture in which people strive to achieve make her ideally qualified to help shape the future of RESPONSE.
Her focus on putting the customer at the heart of business and delivering enhanced value is central to RESPONSE’s core strategy.
