Inisoft Signs New Deal With Aylesbury College

PDFPrint

Inisoft, one of the UK’s top software companies has secured a new contract with Aylesbury College, to supply its Captavia Application Management System (CAMS) to help increase the efficiency of the college’s online application process.

Providing CRM software and customer service solutions, Inisoft is a division of RESPONSE, which is one of the UK’s leading customer contact management groups based in Glasgow. Inisoft creates products that not only assist RESPONSE to differentiate its own contact centre capabilities, but also provides support for other organisations in meeting their own customer contact objectives.
CAMS, the software based application management system consists of a rapidly configurable workflow based solution for the provision of web based, online self-service applications for college courses and student funding. Aylesbury College will be introducing this system to its application process thereby making the process more accessible to students and also delivering a faster and more efficient service.
The introduction of this innovative system will significantly streamline the application process for staff and students, as well as reducing overall administration. The college will also be able to process a higher volume of applications over a shorter timescale, which will in turn mean that other resources can be maximised.
Commenting on the deal, Matt Brown, Deputy Director Customer Service at Aylesbury College said: “I am confident that CAMS will deliver a hugely improved customer service experience for all our applicants.
“It will also enable us to manage our applications more effectively, report in a more timely and accurate way and save substantial admin time and costs. The team at Inisoft is keen to understand our requirements and I am sure that by working collaboratively with us they will develop and deliver a system that matches our need.”

And Brian Bannatyne, managing director at RESPONSE said: “This is a positive move for the business   with growth taking place in the education sector south of the border. The CAMS system provides an innovative and efficient way of handling course applications and this is just one of the many solutions developed by Inisoft to support client's and their business goals.”
