Inisoft signs reseller agreement with global leader in business communications systems

Inisoft, one of the UK’s top software companies has signed an agreement with global communications company Avaya, to re-sell synTelate, a call centre agent desktop software progamme internationally.

Providing CRM software and customer service solutions, Inisoft is a division of RESPONSE, which is one of the UK’s leading customer contact management groups based in Glasgow. Inisoft creates products that not only assist RESPONSE to differentiate its own contact centre capabilities, but also provide support for other organisations in meeting their own customer contact objectives.

This latest move will help expand the already successful arrangement covering the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Region.  To date the software has been sold into 18 countries across three continents and this new agreement will increase that coverage further by including some of the fastest developing markets in the world and at least tripling the market for synTelate. .

Avaya will use its own internal sales teams together with its extensive network of approved business partners operating in all regions of the world, to position the full synTelate portfolio of products alongside its own communications technology.  Particular focus for synTelate will be to add value to various contact centre solutions such as Avaya Proactive Contact (PC), Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager (POM) and Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES).

Commenting on the deal, Roy Holmes, Head of Software Sales at Inisoft said:  “We have been working with Avaya on the details of this agreement for around six months and believe this is the logical next step to further strengthen our relationship with Avaya.

“As synTelate shares a large proportion of the global market, this will provide Inisoft with a great opportunity to consolidate its position as market leader in the agent desktop customisation sector, helping to boost growth in the long term.”
