RESPONSE receives coveted PCI DSS Accreditation
RESPONSE has demonstrated its commitment to ensuring the highest standard in data security by attaining the coveted PCI DSS Accreditation.
The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) was developed to encourage and enhance cardholder data security and facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures globally. By achieving PCI DSS compliance RESPONSE joins a very exclusive club of Accredited Level 1, Service Providers, who are able to provide their customers with the assurance that systems are secure and that sensitive payment card information is protected.
Brian Bannatyne, managing director of RESPONSE said: “Achieving PCI DSS Accredited status is a significant landmark for the business and we firmly recognise that compliance with data security standards can bring major benefits to the business and that of our clients, while failure to do so can have serious and long-term negative consequences.
“This is a natural extension of our ongoing work to improve security processes and we will continue to strive to ensure we remain compliant and are now well placed to assist our clients to overcome the challenges they face in order to achieve PCI DSS compliant status.”
