RESPONSE has appointed Ewan McKay as its new marketing manager to build on its formidable reputation and drive its ambitious growth strategy.

Ewan, who was previously marketing manager for BiP Solutions, will be responsible for ensuring the RESPONSE brand is widely recognised in the local community and among potential clients seeking the innovation and excellent customer service that will give them a competitive edge over their rivals.

This key role will include the identification of new routes to market, the provision of business development support and responsibility for ensuring an integrated marketing approach with consistent communication of the RESPONSE brand.

His appointment is part of RESPONSE’s drive to deliver innovative solutions and the highest standard of service through its commitment to building rewarding relationships with its clients and their customers.

The 34-year-old from Giffnock joins RESPONSE from BiP Solutions, a leading provider of public sector procurement solutions, where he was in charge of a team of six brand managers and nine key brands. Previously, Ewan worked for Arnold Clark, where he was responsible for the marketing activity of Ford, Volkswagen, Mazda and Toyota. His considerable expertise includes the coordination and implementation of successful social media and marketing strategies across a range of sectors.

Ewan said: “I’m delighted to be joining RESPONSE, which is already a leading light in the contact centre industry, and relish the prospect of helping to drive the momentum of this dynamic and forward-thinking business.”

Kevin Clark, Business Development Director at RESPONSE said: “Ewan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to RESPONSE and will play a crucial part in helping us further strengthen and expand the business. His input will be invaluable in reaching out to new clients to demonstrate the cutting-edge innovation and excellent customer service that is the focus of everything we do.”
