Scotland’s largest PR firm, The BIG Partnership, has been appointed to provide PR services for RESPONSE, one of the UK’s leading contact management centres.
With a brief to support RESPONSE’s leadership team and growth objectives, BIG has devised a comprehensive communications programme to promote the company’s new strategy.
In addition, BIG will be tasked with raising RESPONSE’s profile within the local (Glasgow) community, the general contact centre sector and across targeted vertical markets. The brief also includes a wide-ranging remit to maximise PR and community engagement opportunities around the company’s sponsorship deal with professional Magners League rugby side, Glasgow Warriors.
BIG was appointed to handle the RESPONSE account following a competitive pitch process. Managed from BIG’s Edinburgh office, the account will be overseen by BIG director Alex Barr and new head of Edinburgh office, Nicki Sturzaker.
Commenting on the new business win, Nicki Sturzaker said: “It’s an exciting time to be involved with RESPONSE as the leadership team implements its new vision and aggressive growth strategies for the business.
