RESPONSE announces newly appointed Client Solutions Director

RESPONSE has appointed Grazyna Swiercz, in the newly-created role of Client Solution Director to spearhead its commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and cutting-edge innovation.

Thanks to her impressive track record in relationship management, Grazyna is ideally placed to implement RESPONSE’s strategy of building rewarding relationships with its clients and their customers and to enhance the leading contact centre management firm’s reputation for innovation.

Grazyna will draw on almost 11 years’ expertise in outsourcing across the Telco, Finance and IT sectors. She was previously Director of Accounts Operations at ClientLogic (Sitel), the contact centre outsourcer, and Senior Outsourcing Manager with T-Mobile located in both the USA and UK.

Most recently Grazyna led Microsoft Treasury’s Global Vendor Management for EMEA, building successful strategic relationships and driving solutions through continuous improvement.

As a member of the RESPONSE Leadership Team, Grazyna will drive in-depth client reviews, ensuring that RESPONSE’s clients receive the best possible service through utilising the full range of capabilities available to them. This thorough analysis will be used to develop bespoke solutions for clients to further boost customer satisfaction and increase customer lifetime value.Grazyna will also contribute to the development of business strategy and vision, highlighting technological and organisational solutions, driving opportunity through insight to ensure Clients maintain a competitive advantage.
