Outsourcer scoops Support Services to the Financial Services Industry Award.
RHL,the leading Glasgow-based customer contact centre and business process outsourcer won the Support Services to the Financial Services Industry Award category at The Innovators 2006 Award Dinner last night. The prestigious ceremony took place at the Hilton Hotel Glasgow.
RHL is Scotland’s largest and the UK’s fastest growing contact centre and business process outsourcer, employing in excess of 2500 quality agents.
The winning entry was based on Relatis: RHL’s bespoke business process management software and the solution RHL developed for the AA, the UK’s largest motoring organisation.
RHL has helped the AA’s European Breakdown Cover dramatically reduce its operational costs and drive added revenue streams through the implementation of Relatis. This unique, total solution software virtualises the operation of European Breakdown Cover and maximises the customer experience across all contact channels.
Commenting on the success, David Wallace, RHL Chief Executive said:
“To win the Support Services to the Financial Services Industry category at the Scottish Financial Enterprise Awards is testimony to RHL’s innovative approach within the outsourced customer contact market. We have an excellent business relationship with the AA and the Scottish Financial Enterprise Awards win is evidence of our capability in providing the brand with a robust, technologically advanced service that fulfils customer demand.”
Tanya Murray, AA Senior Product Manager European Breakdown Cover commented:
“The Relatis system implemented by RHL is proving to be a substantial improvement over the old system and is more efficient and flexible. This has enabled the AA to take advantage of a range of business opportunities that would otherwise not have been utilised, while also helping us to strengthen our revenue generation.”
Through the company’s software Relatis, RHL enable a range of high profile blue chip companies to optimise their offering within competitive market places.
