RHL Chief Executive strengthens board with new appointment.

RHL, Scotland’s largest and the UK’s fastest growing customer contact centre provider has announced the appointment of Rosaleen Gillespie to the newly created position of Human Resources Director.

The announcement is recently appointed Chief Executive David Wallace’s first key addition to the RHL Board and represents his plans to galvanise the management of the business and strengthen RHL’s position in the UK’s competitive outsourced customer contact sector.

Gillespie will be responsible for all employee recruitment and development activities within RHL and will be tasked with enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Based at RHL’s Citypoint office, Gillespie will report directly to Chief Executive David Wallace.

Gillespie joins from collagen manufacturing company, Devro Scotland Ltd, where she has been HR Director since 2003. Prior to this she was HR Director at Dell Computer Corporation in Dublin where she was responsible for the full range of HR and development related activities in their UK and Ireland sales and customer support centre business.

Commenting on her appointment, Gillespie said:

“This is a very exciting time to be joining RHL. The business was recently named the fastest growing customer contact centre in the UK. RHL is looking to build upon this success and I am relishing the opportunity of using my experience to contribute to the strengthening of the business.”

David Wallace, RHL Chief Executive, added:

“Rosaleen has a wealth of experience and ability and she is a significant addition to the business at board level. RHL has a clear strategy for development and key senior management appointments like this will ensure that we maintain existing momentum and continue to strengthen the position of the business in an extremely competitive market.”
