New corporate identity for Glasgow contact centre outsourcer.
RHL, one of the UK’s largest and most successful customer contact and business process outsourcing businesses has announced a new corporate identity. From this month, the business will operate under the banner of RESPONSE, with the strap line “Intelligent Outsourcing”.
In 2006, RESPONSE galvanised its position as one of the UK’s most progressive customer contact centre operations, and the re-brand programme represents another strand to Chief Executive David Wallace’s on-going strategic development programme for the business.
RESPONSE was selected on the basis that it reflects the heritage of the market-leading business, (RHL was initially Response Handling Limited), and capitalises on its reputation as a market leader. Together with the strap line, it also clearly communicates the company’s services through the association with business intelligence and responsive communications.
Commenting on the new corporate identity, RESPONSE CEO David Wallace said:
“Re-branding as RESPONSE is an important milestone for the business. It provides a new and powerful identity which we believe more accurately reflects our growing reputation for quality, innovation and flexibility in developing tailored solutions for our clients’ outsourcing requirements. The new identity also presents an exciting marketing and communications platform from which we will be promoting the business.”
