Our recruitment process is relatively straight forward and consists of 4 stages:
Once you have found a job vacancy at RESPONSE which is right for you, contact us with a copy of your CV or call our Recruitment Team on 0141 272 1112.
If you are shortlisted, our Recruitment Team will contact you to take part in a short telephone interview. This will be an opportunity for you to tell us more about yourself and to answer some questions based around your work experience. Your suitability for the role will be evaluated against criteria such as tone of voice, enthusiasm and communication skills. If you are successful after this stage, you will be invited along to one of our assessment sessions.
At the Assessment centre, the type of activities and questions vary depending upon the role you apply for, however a typical Assessment Centre will involve:
Some management and support vacancies may also require additional activities such as preparing an individual presentation and/or psychometric testing.
Once you have successfully passed our interview process there are a few identity, security, and credit checks that we need to carry out.
