Captavia Application Management System (CAMS) is Inisoft's online course application management system, created to meet the needs of UK colleges.
CAMS provides a rapidly configurable, workflow backed solution for the delivery of online application forms for courses and student funding. In addition to standard college forms, the CAMS framework can also address any type of online application requirement including those outside the education market.
CAMS forms are designed to guide the applicant through the process in a clear and logical manner, grouping questions of a similar nature together and prompting the applicant when additional information is required. The answers to each question are validated before the application is submitted, thereby significantly reducing application errors and the processing time.
All customers who purchase one of our solutions have access to our Professional Services Team. This team will work with you to install the software on your site, configure the applications onto your network and train key staff how to get the best from the solution.
After implementation, customers are also offered a support and maintenance contract which is provided on a 12 monthly renewal basis. This contract provides:
