TeQuios® - manage student funding payments with ease

tequiosTeQuios®, an Inisoft product, provides a powerful yet simple to use system for the management of student funding. TeQuios® has been created specifically for further and higher education organisations and was developed in partnership with a selection of colleges.

Applications

TeQuios® can track a wide range of financial payments to students including:

  • bursary payments
  • childcare payments
  • attendance payments
  • Education Maintenance Allowance payments (EMA)
  • emergency payments
  • access to Learning funds

It completes accurate award calculations, based on National Policies, whilst maintaining flexibility to deal with individual student needs.

  • Reporting. Supports national requirement for mandatory reports with the capability for customised reports to address your own requirements
  • Product integration. Interfacing technology protects your investment in existing systems
  • Document creation for award letter. Document templates and mail merge function tools are supplied as standard to simplify correspondence. A copy of each document created is stored and attached to the student for future reference and audit purposes
  • Award re-assessments. Rapid and automatic recalculation of specific award components against an effective date
  • Absence recording. Ability to deduct or include specific parts of award based on attendance
  • Holiday weeks. Ability to include/exclude Holiday Weeks in Residence components
  • Recording of special needs
  • Emergency or regular funding payments
  • Payment processing. Flexible timing for payment of funds, defined by you

Product integration

TeQuios® integrates fully with CAMS, our online application management system for colleges and universities.

Training and after-sales support

All customers who purchase one of our solutions have access to our Professional Services Team.  This team will work with you to install the software on your site, configure the applications onto your network and train key staff how to get the best from the solution.

After implementation, customers are also offered a support and maintenance contract which are provided on a 12 monthly renewal basis.  This contract provides:

  • service desk support with any technical and operational issues
  • free access to software updates and upgrades
  • a dedicated Account Manager who will maintain regular contact to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services
