A tailored recruitment programme is developed for each of our clients to identify those candidates with characteristics that most closely match their requirements and brand values. This is a demanding process designed to ensure that we recruit for the right roles, and is key to both our clients' and our own success.
Using a strategic combination of recruitment media – including internal notices, employment agencies, on-line recruitment sites and, where appropriate, newspaper advertisements – the team puts together a recruitment campaign to attract the very best candidates that meet your project profile.
Initial telephone screening of candidates ascertains their suitability through evaluation of such criteria as tone of voice, enthusiasm, and energy.
Successful candidates from this first stage are invited to attend an assessment day where they take part in group activities and individual presentations. These are evaluated by an assessor who appraises their ability to extract information, their interpersonal skills, their confidence, and their articulation capabilities. Candidates also complete numerical, logical and spelling assessments.
Those who successfully complete the assessment process move to the final selection stage of competency-based interview.
