Kate McCall, Dynamic Champion Kate demonstrated that length of service doesn't always matter when being excellent at your job. Her colleague believes her Customer Service is an absolute delight to listen to, and as a consequence she’s had very high praise from the client. Kate is now showing true flexibility in role through completing admin tasks, complaint call-backs, floor support and attending conference calls with the client. |

Stephen McNulty, Innovation Champion Stephen was nominated for being a genius in using Excel and assisting his team in increasing their basic knowledge of the software. His colleague believes he has learned more than he thought was possible over the last 4 months thanks to Steve. His ability to analyse and trend stats is second to none and he is a great asset to the team. |

Linda Giblin, Family Champion Linda worked very hard organising activity for our charity partner Yorkhill at the end of the year. Her team supported the outbound work for the Yorkhill charity ball. Linda put in a lot of work on the RESPONSE children’s party which was a great success and will hopefully go on to be an annual event for RESPONSE colleagues and their families. |
