Each month 4 employees are rewarded for going above and beyond the call of duty, and demonstrating each of our values – dynamic, innovation, family, integrity. Candidates are nominated by their colleagues and winners chosen by the executive team. Our Voice - staff consultation forum
Ideas and contributions for positive change is a culture we actively endorse and encourage from all at RESPONSE. Our Voice is an employee communications and consultation group, staffed by elected representatives from throughout the organisation. The group provides a forum for discussion on important corporate matters and successfully ensures our employees are able to voice their point of view directly to the Executive Team.
Staff sentiment monitoring
Weekly staff polls – on anything from satisfaction with canteen menu choices, to what’s getting in the way of doing a great job - is just one way we have of listening to our staff. Our quarterly employee survey is another, measuring satisfaction across a number of operational criteria. If it’s broke we make sure we fix it, if it’s not we learn, and then we listen again.
