We are currently looking to recruit a number of temporary Full Time candidates into an inbound customer service advisor role in either our City Centre or Southside locations. The main focus of your role will involve handling inbound enquires from customers calling from all over the UK.
The role
The main focus of your role will be to:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries
- Listen to the customer and clarify the issues raised
- Build rapport and engage with customers
- Resolve all issues on the first call wherever possible
Your skills
To be successful, you will demonstrate you are:
- An effective communicator
- Experienced working in a customer focused role
- Calm under pressure
- Experienced in utilising PC for a variety of purposes
