If you are enthusiastic and full of energy, we want you to join us on one of our most successful sales campaigns as a Customer Sales Advisor.
Here you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, winning back previous ones or persuading existing customers to upgrade their products.
In this role, we will teach you all you need to know to become an accomplished sales professional. You will be rewarded for your good performance, supported every step of the way, and find progression opportunities arise as your career develops.
The role
The main focus of your role will be to:
- Contact customers on either an inbound or outbound basis.
- Connect with customers though conversation and rapport building.
- Build up a profile of customers through effective questioning.
- Acknowledge and overcome any objections.
- Identify sales opportunities and work to secure new business.
