How we go about finding you
Our recruitment process is relatively straight forward and consists of 3 stages:
Telephone Interview
Initial screening of our candidates is made by telephone to find out your suitability through evaluation of such criteria as tone of voice, enthusiasm and communication skills. If you are successful after this stage, you will be invited along to one of our assessment sessions.
Assessment Centre
At this stage of the process, you will take part in group activities and individual presentations. These are evaluated by an assessor who will review your ability to extract information, your interpersonal skills, confidence and articulation capabilities. You will also complete several numerical, logical and spelling assessments.
Competency-based Interview
If you successfully complete the assessment centre, you will move to the final stage of our selection process. This consists of a one-to-one competency-based interview.
Reference, eligibility and any required security checks are made before employment begins. We welcome applications from all age groups, and a professional attitude is much more important than formal qualifications.
